The first thing you have to do is search for the Escape Room you want to do using our Escape Room search engine. Once you have decided, you will see that there is a calendar on the Escape Room page. On the calendar, you only have to select the date of the activity, the time and the number of people. Depending on the information you enter, the final price of the activity will vary. This information will be used to send you your ticket and to contact you if we need to do so. Accept the purchase conditions, enter your Bank Card or PayPal account to make the payment and… that’s it! Now you only have to worry about enjoying the activity you have booked.
The policies for modifying or cancelling a reservation in an Escape Room are described in the profile of each room, as these will vary from one room to another.
Custom sessions are sessions that you can order from us to suit exactly what you need: a birthday party, an exclusive or personalized game, a game for your travels… tell us what you are looking for!
An Escape Room is a leisure activity in which a group of people are locked in a space with a single objective: to get out of the room before the allotted time runs out. To do this, participants will have to fully immerse themselves in the proposed story, collaborate with each other and, above all, put all their ingenuity to the test to find clues and solve the different puzzles, enigmas and problems that are presented to them throughout the activity.

At Houdini we display information of interest, both in the list of games and in the unique information sheet for each room. We show data such as the name of the room and its game, a synopsis of its history, theme, location, minimum and maximum number of participants, difficulty, available languages, duration, minimum age, price, available dates and times.
This is a guideline for each room, with the normal number of people being between 2 and 8, although there are also rooms for large groups, as well as experiences for 2 people. You can find this information within each room’s page.
As with the maximum and minimum number of participants or other requirements, the minimum recommended age is also established by the Escape Room itself. This requirement varies depending on whether or not children are accompanied by adults during the course of the activity, or whether the Escape Room itself has a guide or monitor to conduct children’s sessions.
To simplify and show in a more visual way the level of difficulty of each Escape Room, at Houdini we have proposed a system of up to three stars that indicate a lower or higher level of difficulty in the different games in the rooms, with one star being the least difficult and five the most difficult. In any case, all Escape Rooms represent a different challenge and a unique experience, the difficulty of which varies greatly depending on the number of people in the group.
Regardless of the type of Escape Room or its theme, the usual duration of an Escape Room is usually between 60 and 90 minutes, although like many other data, the duration also varies depending on each room. It should be noted that this figure is the maximum time allowed to solve all the problems, enigmas and puzzles posed by the Escape Room. That is, exceeding this time means not passing the room and the less time is spent solving it, the higher the record obtained.
